you can still do all of the cleanses.... and that will help..
also protect your cells and brain by taking in good protien.... fish oil.. lethicin.... and antioxidents(like greens+)

Getting your fillings out will help though.... you would be surprised.... maybe it is something you can do slowly..as you get the money... in the meantime continue with the cleanses...
