Your body can heal your teeth and can regrow new ones.

I've personally met a man 30 years of age who had health problems at around age 15. All his teeth fell out and a new set grew.

Please look at www.angeltowns.com/members/sebastian to see more stories about the natural regeneration of individual teeth and entire dentitions.

I've got 2 tiny spurs (about 3 mms each) in my dentition because I meditated too hard on healing my teeth in 2002. I didn't mean to grow new ones there. :)

Nevertheless, I found a more balanced approach to tooth regeneration and now follow it, still hoping to grow 2 new ones in the front.

The rotting of the teeth is due to many factors. Getting balance in life and thus providing direction for the expression of hormones is crucial to healing teeth.

Psychological methods and meditation can help with achieving this stability as can all kinds of other 'lifestyle' methods: it's not just about vitamins and minerals.

Spinal health is also a highly regarded factor in natural regenerative healing so if you want better teeth you should do some yoga or tai chi at whatever level you're capable of.

Kind wishes,

Sebastian
