Thanks 2tuff! I will definately look into getting the books!

Mum uses Solgar ascorbic acid crystals (and I do too), they say one quarter of a teaspoon = 1.5grams. Hmm yeah, I thought it was no where near enough either, I may suggest she ups the dose then. She also has calcium ascorbate but I think you said a while back that ascorbic acid is the best?
