Greetings all,
This Saturday (tomorrow) I shall be performing my third Liver Flush prior to commencing a seven day fast (at the very least). I am, however, a little unsure as to the “rules” of fasting, and since I am cautious of doing more harm than good I felt I should ask for some advice. I shall, to the best of my ability, post my fasting plan below and would be most grateful if Cure Zone users could comment thereon:
I wish to concentrate on fruit and vegetable juices, whilst also drinking copious amounts of water (ozonating as many glasses per day as I see fit, whilst making sure I balance my water intake with Himalayan Salt); I am also planning to drink three servings of Essiac Tea and drink Pau D’arco whenever I have the time. Now, the first matter I am unsure of is whether it is best to consume two glasses of ozonated water after waking and then Essiac half an hour later, or the other way around. After the ozonated water and Essiac I plan to consume fruit juice mixed with Vital Greens for breakfast; this will contain at least one pineapple, two apples, lemon and papaya, strawberries, kiwi fruit and goji berries, providing I can acquire them. Some time later, around noon possibly, I shall then drink vegetable juice; consisting of broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, etc. If it is wise, I shall also add a teaspoon of Vitamin C powder to each vegetable juice drink to aid in detoxification. I plan to consume at least three glasses of vegetable juice throughout the day, all mixed with Vitamin C powder if it is wise to do so. I am, however, a little confused about the juicing of carrots as I have read that it is unwise to mix carrot juice with other vegetable juices. Is it then better to consume carrot juice on its own, or perhaps with added fresh celery, or are all vegetable combinations beneficial? I shall drink Essiac around 4pm again, and then before retiring…this, I hope, will aid in the cleansing of the blood and perhaps maintain my regularity (if this should fail then salt water flushing may be required). For my supper I shall then repeat my enzyme-rich “breakfast” juice, again adding a heaped tablespoon of Vital Greens in order to nourish, detoxify and alkalise. Although it is suggested to only take one tablespoon per day, I presume it is perfectly safe to take one in the morning and one at evening, should one wish to speed along the detoxification process? Lastly (I think), I have just received Udo’s Choice oil blend and am wondering if it is wise to consume, say at least three tablespoons of this per day also; this will obviously increase my chances of cell oxygenation whilst possibly ensuring a safer Liver Flush when I come off my fast.
As I mentioned previously, I am very much a beginner and have compiled the above “plan” from articles read as research; I may, therefore, be wrong on one or more points, and if anyone has any suggestions, warnings, additions or advice then please, please do let me know!
