Your post is fantastic and well timed for me. I was just moaning tonight that the coriander I buy goes limp before I can eat it all and your pesto recipe is the answer! I have also bought growing coriander in the pot but unfortunately it keeps dying on me. It's great as I just love the taste so much and can throw it in to almost anything and not get fed up of it.
Can you tell me Owen what measurement a 'cup' is? Is it like a teacup size and do you keep the stalks on the coriander?
