Hey guys,
I found a book about lowering your acid and raising alkalinity. You all know we want our alkaline realy high to fight cancer.I found a simple solution, I think.Baking soda is a natural acid reducer,so if I add 2 teaspoons to 1 liter of my distilled water that I drink all day It should raise my alkaline level considerably.Regular distlilled water when tested was maybe at 5.5 to 6.0.When I added baking soda it was raised to 8.0 or higher.What do you guys think? I'll bring more of the authors ideas into this forum for consideration as I read on.
