Its nothing to do with pharmalogical dosage, I suspect you've taken Ascorbic Acid right? Well this shows that this version of Vitamin C is not for you and all you have to do is get the buffered version SODIUM ASCORBATE and everything will be fine. Its just the acidity thats all! Drink plenty of water! You could take some Cayenne pepper
