Hi There,

I think we seem to have been asking the same sort of questions over the past few days.

My very question a the moment is can the coffee anemas be replaced with something less intensive. Primarily because I've read a few not so good things about these.

If you don't mind me asking, what condition are you suffering from? Sorry, I don't mean to intrude.
