Greetings,

It seems a specific type of juicer must be used - all models seem to cost a small fortune - for mass nutrient intake from organically grown foods; however, as reasonably simple and logical as this is, the enemas provide a HUGE problem, especially when living with others and even more so when you wish to keep your condition a secret. Thusly I have two questions:

I. Which juicer, or juicers, are the most effective?
II. Can enemas be replaced with daily flushes using alternate (less obvious and awkward) methods?

Hopefully someone has words of wisdom...
