As far as the organic issue, Gerson stipulatated that organic produce is essential for his therapy. This is a mainstay of the protocol.
From page 114 of The Gerson Therapy.."Dr. Gerson required his recovering patients to prepare fresh juices made from organic fruits and vegetables."
To change this is to alter the protocol and it is no longer Gerson Therapy.
