I did my second flush last night and I did not sleep any. Nauseous etc. I read all night. Twelve hours later and I haven't seen any stones, maybe 2 or 3 pea size. Is it mandatory to sleep?? I can't take the L-Ornithine, Epsom Salts is horrible enough. Also, have you ever done a flush in the day?
