Hi!
I haven't noticed any real difference so far, but then I wasn't really expecting much because I don't have any serious health problems. The Arthritis in my hands was a minor problem, didn't really hamper my life much. I also have minor neurological problems like some depression, attention deficit disorder, "brain fog", concentration problems, and difficulty getting motivated. But these I've had for a while and learned to work around.

I guess I did it more as a preventative. Kind of like you buy insurance, not because you expect the worst, but just for peace of mind so the worst won't hurt you? I just didn't want to sit around and wait to see if my problems were gonna get worse. It seems like I know more and more people who are coming down with breast cancer, lupus, MS and chronic fatigue. It seems like people just take it for granted that this stuff happens, no big deal anymore, you just go to the doctors and get treated. I just didn't want to take the gamble, you know? Especially, if there was something I could do about it.

I hope that some of these mental problems will get better with time, and no more mercury bombardment, but it's only been two weeks. But I'm hopeful!
