Owen, I would be greatly interested in hearing how to massage the lymph near the breasts-- to help lymph node drainage.

I do wear a bra for about 10 hours a day- I never did feel comfortable wearing bras to bed- or even around the house. When not in public, I just throw on a loose heavy tee-shirt in Summer, or a thick sweatshirt in Winter. I also make sure I adjust the bra during the day so that the back strap has the most amount of slack possible- so nothing is digging into my skin.


I just got one of those skin brushes and would like to know how to brush or massage that area as you suggested. Please post what you read on that
