IMO half a cup is too small a quantity for the flush. It is more effective to take the full cup and really force the liver to expell the stones. Sure, half a cup will have moderate results but I feel they are moderate compared to one cup. On this website a minor Liver Flush is taking olive oil by the tablespoon at night or so. Judging by this, quantity effects the result of flushes..contraction of the liver. To do something right one should do it completely without going halfway. In the end look at the different sources and experiment for yourself.
