Hi anunnaki,
Why do you sound so upset...maybe it's just me. I appreciate any and all advice I can get. I have totally changed my previous life style...foods...attitude. I just get confused when it comes to supplements. You say one thing, someone says another thing, then I read something else. I could end up with 101 things to take everyday and I know I would be wasting my money. Quite frankly, everything I read sounds like a good protocol to try or just gets down right confusing. I have a friend that is curing his thyroid cancer however, his doctor hasn't bothered to call me back...sooo, I'm stuck trying to be my own doctor right now. Thank you sooo much for caring.
I do what I can otherwise I am left with going the conventional way...which is a hell of a lot cheaper monitarily!! However, I'm just not done with my thyroid yet! LOL
