Read the post "Similar Condition" by aluna and all other post by aluna as well. I am following her program too. My wifes has been using the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract extract for about 3 weeks now and the only change we've seen is that there are a lot of mucous dripping out and it does look a little bit smaller but not much.
