First of all comparing a non medical ozone generator, like the one you have, to a medical one is like comparing beer to 151 Rum, or a volkswagon to a BMW. No contest as far as quality of ozone. You can find ozone generators for a $100 if that's what you want, but if you want the real deal, like I've been saying, Plasmafire.
Comparing a video tape to the information that Dr. Pressman gives is like comparing a few hours of info. to a month of info.
Also only the less expensive generators can release toxins, because of inferior materials in the construction of the generator, and/or inferior production methods.
Here's an explanation of the 3 different types of generators that are made & why this type is the best. Also www.plasmafire.com is the only place you can buy this type of generator.
One type of generator uses an ultraviolet lamp as its source. It produces a very small amount of ozone and is suited to air purification, because UV at the wavelength of 185 nanometers reacts only with oxygen, but it is too weak for medical purposes. A UV lamp degrades over time and eventually burns out.
The second method of ozone production is corona discharge, where a tube with a hot or cold cathode is surrounded by a metal anode. Modern ones are called dual dielectric, because they have a layer of glass separating each component from the gas stream. This prevents contamination of the ozone, but the current draw to the metal anode increases the chance of electrical arcing and burnout. This produces generators that have short lives.
Lack of durability has always plagued the ozone generator industry, and was one of the major reasons for doctors mostly abandoning ozone therapy in the US during the 30's, in the face of increasing pressure from the FDA and the AMA.
Fortunately, there is a third method of producing clean, medical grade ozone. That method is called cold plasma. It uses glass components filled with noble gases, excited by high voltage. (not current) The voltage jumps between the components, forming an electrostatic plasma field that turns some of the oxygen into ozone. Since there are no metallics, there is no appreciable current, and no possibility of arcing and burnout. Thus the generator will last a very long time, limited only by the quality of the power supply transformer.
The original cold plasma generators were invented by Nikola Tesla in 1898 and many were license manufactured in Canada into the 1920s, and they still work 80 years later. Tesla did not patent the idea, but instead gave it freely to mankind for medical therapy.
In 1993, the Plasmafire Cold Plasma Tube, the perfection of Tesla’s design, was created, using pure oxygen as the supply gas. Since that time, over 3000 of these cold plasma tubes have been produced and sold through out the world, and none have ever failed.
So the choice is up to you. My wife was healed the first time with a less expensive generator and chemo, but the last time she was healed completely without any doctors help at all.
Take Care,
Gaylen
