Appreciate all your input on the issue of ground flax seed. You have been very helpful in that regard. You are now on the track of what I belive to be among the most powerful health-related issues you could ever encounter.

In my opinion, Ed McCabe's 'Flood Your Body with Oxygen' and F. Batmanghelidj's 'Your Body's Many Cries for Water' are both primary pillars in the quest for truth in the issues of human health and vitality. And it makes sense, when you think about it: Good Clean Air (with plenty of oxygen), Good Clean Water (and plenty of it), and Good, Live and Healthy Food are what we are 'supposed' to be made of.

But when man get's involved (and especially when money gets involved), these things get scarce, really quick. Do get and read those books, if you haven't already. And keep spreading the truth about our health, as you discover it.
