I just wanted to TOTALLY agree with you on not forgetting our creator! If you ask my wife, she give most of the credit to God. We pray a LOT. I think this is REALLY important, but didn't want to push it in here. I think it's really important to give up depending on therapies & give it to God with unshakable faith. Then the combination of not so perfect faith & a good therapy can get the job done.
