Thanks for your encouragement! I'm glad you have had success with the ozone too. I just want to add that my impression from the "ozone community" is that breathing ozone is not a problem due to detox, but actually dangerous and can cause damage. If anyone is considering breathing ozone, or using ozone without great ventilation, please research further to be certain you are not doing any long term damage. I'm all for alternative practices and am really into it myself. However, I've learned the hard way that it is really important to look before you leap, as some of the stuff we do in the alternative community has potential for harm if not used carefully.
