If you haven't done so already, I suggest you read Dr. Budwigs books. In them she explains what happens when the flax seed oil is combined with cottage cheese. At the risk of oversimlifying the process, it is an electro-chemical reaction that combines the sulfur based protein in the cottage cheese with the omega-3 fatty acid in the oil to make a new substance which is the cancer killer.

From my own experience, it works.
