Thank you all so much. I will follow each advice closely. Im to worried about the cottage cheese (diary). I've always heard that cancer feeds off diary. Is there any other subs for the cottage cheese that can be taken with the flaxseed?

Its been raining here in atlanta everyday for 3 weeeks now. And the forecast is for 5 more days :>). My garden is shot LOL
