I had swollen lymph glands for years, then they started to be painful! I understand how worrisome that can be. I have chronic fatigue symdrome, and two things helped a lot for this. B-12 injections for the swelling 3 times a week, and glutathione for the pain 3 times a day. Worked like a charm. There could be lots of reasons why your lymph glands are swollen. Perhaps an immunologist could help as they specialize in the immune system?
