Hello timgaar , sorry it took so long for me to answer. My health is Great, I am as good as new...probably better.. My last scan was back in March and when I saw the Oncologist a few weeks later he told me to not bother with another CT scan for six months at least ...there is absolutley no Cancer anywhere, I am working a full time physical job again and looking forward to hunting season...lol
I still take the recommended maintenance dose of two cups of pau d'arco per day and 2oz of Essiac am. and p.m.
I also fresh juice twice per day ..fruit in the morning with Greens + added and veggie at night (with garlic..it tastes awful but I believe garlic is an amazing food with many healing and anti-cancer properties).
I have cut back my supplements drastically..I only take Vit C, Vit E, a good Multi, Lecithin, and Milk Thistle.

I eat lots of veg and whole grains but I also enjoy an occasional plate of bacon and eggs.

Personally I believe Pau d'arco and Essiac saved my life and would recommend anyone give them a try, I myself learned of them on a Cancer Chat site from a lady who also swore they had saved her life...(stage 4 colon Cancer).
