I too was scared to do the liver/gallstone flush thing. But I just did it last night and it was OK. Since that I have a sour stomack, I was scared to take the epsome salts. So what I did was to start off with the Classic Coke Cleanse. I will tell you that the Coke kills the taste of the olive oil and anything else. When I went to sleep I was scared that I was going to puke. But I really didnt feel any after effects when I was sleeping. In the moning I saw all a lot of green pellets in the toilet.
