I was diagnosed with Chron's five years ago. Major pain in gut, diarrea. Went through 3 surguries to cut out the Illieum. Staples wouldn't hold. The Surgeon then did an Illiostomy. Have to wear a bag to catch stool. It was real hard to take, got used to it, though. When I some vacation time, I'll get reconnected. Got a B-12 shot a few days ago, energy returned. If your Illieum is gone - B12 will not be digested.

Taking Acidophilus works great. Haven't tried Liver Flush yet.
