Pepe, I did the Master-Cleanse for 10 days, which, for ME, was really awesome. I did the Liver Flush some time after and I also felt that neither was anywhere near as bad as I had read. The salt water flush made me feel so sqeaky clean! Skin got awesome, little veins in my face disappeared, slept a whole night for the first time in MANY, and I mean 8 freakin years. Thanks for your post. I think you're adorable, rock on! and Be Happy :)
