I did my first one it was great my skin feels and looks better too I had no problems I found it to be easy but did not pass any stones. I never felt so well for a long time. I did olive oil epson grapefruit I lost 4 pounds I had to go to the bathroom a lot. I did it as I was told it is good to get rid of boils well I also had a itchy rash so well I tried it and my skin the rash has gone the boil burst and I am very happy :-) thanks for your awesome posts oh yes I will visit often to see what the rest of the advise can do I am HAPPY :-)love margaret111
