Hello! I am preparing myself to do my first liver/gall flush. Could someone please tell me how often I can do the flushes (once a week/once every two weeks??)What is safe? Also, would I absolutely need the next day off. I go to school and do not have to be there until noon. Will I be able to get up and do things the next day?
