I was just wondering why you think aciphex is a bad med to try. I took it before my GB surgery and it had helped me get through a horrible time before my surgery took place. Also I am going to ask my doctor to put me on it again. Why? Because I have had the worst acid problems since my GB was removed. I thought it was the flu until i barfed. And when I did barf i had never felt something that burned my throat and stomach so much. I am guessing that the acid problem is caused from not having a GB anymore, and that the bile now flows freely. I am not sure. Can you shed some light on my scenario. Thank You.
