Hi there,

My friend and I are starting the Master-Cleanse tomorrow and I was just wondering. With the salt flushes are we supposed to use Epsom Salts or Sea Salt s. Also, if you are at work and your breath becomes horrendous, what can you do?

We are both nervous but excited at the same time. Any hints or support would be much appreciated.
