Considering the fact that your liver deposits most of its' material into the small intesting and colon, it would be best to either preform a Colon Cleanse before or during your liver flush.

One of the best ways to do a Colon Cleanse is to go on a vegetarian juice fast accompanied with an herbal tea regimen for at least three days, perhaps as long as two weeks. If you do this before your liver flush, there is a chance you will not need to specifically clean out your liver. Even if you do need to flush your liver , it will be much faster for you to either cleanse your colon first or at least do a Colon Cleanse along with your liver flush.
