I read a web page a while back that someone did them every two weeks while master cleansing-on time and used lemon with the olive oil instead of grapefruit. He said that after a month of Master-Cleanse w/ liver flushe got a couple hundred stones every morning for a few weeks! And then they stopped coming. Good luck.
