I have done 11 liver/gb cleanses, but haven't done one in over
2 months or so. The last time I had my chol checked it was 288.
I recently was at the Dr for a physical which included blood work. My chol level was down to 217. I was flabbergasted because I had NOT made a lifestyle change. The only thing I had done differently was the cleanses!! I AM A BELIEVER!!! Now....I'm off to start that lifestyle change...LOL
PS..I'm doing my 12th cleanse tonight. Hopefully it will be pretty successful, as I haven't done one is quite some time.
