Hi Amy,
Yes, like you, my 10th Liver Flush was just yellow sandy/grainy stuff, and bile. NO stones. But I had yellow stools all week leading up to my cleanse, with lots of pain in my liver & gallbladder area, and then again for about 6 days after.
I took a small drink of Epsom Salts a couple of times through the week after, and a desertspoon of Olive-Oil last Thursday night. This seemed to relieve my pain somewhat.
I will do my 11th flush next weekend. I am trying to keep to fresh juiced vegetables and lots of apple juice for the coming week. This should help things along.
