I have the same problem, I am trying to work my way through all of this myself, but I do know that Tomatos are a big irritant. I was eating NO fats for weeks but was drinking T-juice. I was still having problems and could not figure it out, then a friend said, don't eat anything with tomatos. It stopped all pain!
