Breathing deeply was really painful for me. I went into the hospital with one very bad attack and the nurse told me I would pass out if I didn't start to breathe deeply and I told her I would love to pass out (lol) was being sarcastic of course!

I don't know how you guys do it but I am 2.5 weeks from surgery and I will be glad for an end.
