How do you make your bowels work properly and evacuate waste at least once a day? Mine stopped moving over a month ago and even laxatives or enemas don't open them. I have a feeling there is some narrow point in my sigmoid colon beyond which nothing passes.
My abdomen got swollen. No pain so far just a bit of discomfort down there. I feel, however, toxins got into me. I cannot clean my colon without opening it first. Please help me; I'm depressed and desperate!

I live in London UK and many ingredients mentioned on these pages are not available here - any suggestions how to get them?
