I am a 23 year old female in good health, and I just had an ultrasound revealing a 3mm polyp. Should I be scared? Will a cleanse get rid of it? What exactly is a cleanse? The doctors won't tell me much, except that I shouldn't worry. But I want this thing out of my body!
