I haven't done a flush in AGES. Am planning to do one next full moon (18th Jan?). Feeling lots of pressure but no free time until then to do it. Came back from holiday feeling a bit under the weather. Decided to do a detox juice fast day. Did 2 water enemas followed by a coffee enema. Well guess what? My first water enema flushed out several clusters of little green biliary stones!! I realise they must have been pushed out by my liver or gall bladder when I ate something fatty or whatever and were just sitting in my digestive system. There is so much pressure in there, I think it's pushing them out whenever it can. So there you go. I haven't had olive oil or lemon juice or Epsom Salts in ages - more proof that our bodies are creating those green stones. I was very happy to see them and can't wait for the 18th when I'm going to do the big wammy 2 cups of olive oil over 2hours flush. Hubby's even thinking of doing it with me - we'll see!!
