It sounds like you are not taking the program seriously. The program has many stepts; If you are only doing most, or part of the program, then you may be doing more harm than good.

Dr. Clark also said to do the kid flush first, or you will not get stones. Did you do the paracite program too? She said that if you don't do the paracite program first you will just feel sick.
