Hi, I was just reading your post and was amazed at all the symptoms I have that you had! I will be 46 the 16th of this month and have felt like crap for way too long. I know I shouldn't feel this old at this age. (I'm still way too young). I am in awe seeing all the success stories on here and am eager to do whatever it takes to feel better. I just have to search through here and figure out what I need to do first and where I will be able to get what I need to get started. There are no health food stores here, maybe 50 miles away, but there is a Reflexologists here that may have what I need. She put me on some cleansing routine years ago and I thought she was nuts at telling me what I needed to do to cleanse my system, i.e.,lemon water enimas.
I have had IBS for years and have been experiencing panic attacks (stressed out to the max)the past few years bad enough that I can't work outside the house now. My problems with lower back pain, lack of energy and stomach pains tell me that I need to start this right away.
Can you point me in the right direction as to where to get started with this? I know I need the Colon Cleanse too so should I start with that first?
Another thing, has anything been developed that I can buy that is bottled or something so I don't have to spend so much time in the kitchen squeezing by hand all the fresh juice I will need, since I don't have a juicer?
Thanks for your post on here. It has motivated me to get started.
