I too was discouraged after doing over 10 flushes. If your liver and gallbladder are very congested like mine - it will take a while but it is worth it. About about 17 flushes my allergies are lessoning and my energy is improving. I still have some symptoms so I will keep flushing. It will get better. Hang in there.
