Scott,

I just finished my first cleanse on Wednesday morning. Last night was the first night that I can recall sleeping through the night in quite some time. I usually sleep lightly and wake up a few times to go to the bathroom, or a noise may wake me and I might have trouble going back to sleep.

Was it the cleanse? Was it that I was grateful to have a wonderful rest after the previous night? I do not yet know, but I am grateful! :)
