lost my sumo gut and have been pretty successful in keeping it off for the last three years because of my diet changes. Also by using the flushing to help in keeping my liver and gallbladder working better it has help in my keeping it off.


curiouse what you are doing for the weight loss? what are your menues for a day?? what type of vitamins etc are you takeing? needing to loose wieght here...please?????thanks
