There is no way of getting her out of your life without "setting her off". I don't know what state you live in, but, it might be a good idea to check with your local district attorney or prosecutors office to see how you can obtain a restraining order. After obtaining the R/O, you can move...

I work with people who are victims of domestic violence & stalking...people like her, most of the time...just don't go away, you have to make her go away... 1rst try breaking the relationship off, let her down easy...talk about everything that concerns you and the reason why you are breaking it off. Then see what happens...if she calls incensently, shows up at your house or job unannounced, follows you...then you might consider the R/O
