Don't know your full situation, but have you ever talked to your husband about how taxing this is on you physically and emotionally?
Without being confrontational, communication may be your best friend. And, after 15 years you have probably learned how to communicate well with each other; this situation may just be a little more uncomfortable because you don't want to hurt him or you may feel that you will lose a little of the supermom status that you have given yourself:)

Perhaps if your budget will allow it, you could have somebody come into your home once or twice a week to help out. The helpers don't have to be professionals, maybe have a local teenager mow your lawn, or help with childcare while you are there so that you can concentrate your efforts on the chores without being distracted.
