Nope...it wasn't ignored...that's why I included the following in my previous post:

"Turning to a 'sympathetic ear' is perfectly understandable for anyone during difficult times...you are correct that if he wasn't able to turn to her there is an underlying problem there."

Jac, are you suggesting that...because of an original conflict...her BF may have been justified in misleading and lying to her?

Nope again...I made no assumption regarding why the BF wanted her out...I only stated that he wanted her out and that he kept company with another woman which began the day she left. These were the facts as presented in the original post...no assumptions were made by me regarding his intentions. What he 'intended' is irrelevant...what he DID is the issue!

We all have baggage...we all have anger...we all bring our own stuff into every interaction that we have (objectivity is an illusion)...although some folks feel real smug about pointing it out to others as if they're above it all. Please save your thinly-veiled hostility masquerading as psycho-babble for someone else!
