You refer to yourself as 'volatile'and you say that he is not sensitive. Could that mean this -"When I want something, I expect my boyfriend to tune in to my thoughts and intuitively become aware of my wishes. I also expect him to satisfy my wishes and wants immediately, and if he does not, then I make a loud noise called a tantrum!
