My boyfriend and I have been known each other for 4 years. Because of individual commitments my work and school we have gone through several long periods where we are apart, (usually 3 months). We get along great and he is the only person that I feel that I could spend the rest of my life with.
The problem is that I think we have both grown accustom to a semi-long distant relationship. This Spring that changes as I willhave finished my graduate work. We have just purchased a house this year and I am very excited that I this time is for good--and we so not have to go through a painful part again.
Dispite the excitement I can not ignore the deep down fear that I have. We have made many plans for the future together, including marriage--but will these plans and thoughts change once we begin a permenant life together?
Before our relationship stayed fresh. What can we do to make sure that we don't loose this?
